Physics and equipment:

The cabinet is equipped with 2x12" neodymium Low / Mid speaker and 2x1,4" compression driver. The development of the line array wave guide horn pays attention to an exact directivity over the whole frequency range and a small harmonic distortion even at high levels.

The clear precision high frequencies are supported by 2x12" neodymium Low / Mid loudspeakers which are arranged in the cabinet in a V-form.

Through this V-form with a phase plug in front of the 2x12" loudspeakers these two speakers work together as a single acoustic source and the interference between the two loudspeaker will be avoided.

The V-array with the phase plug guarantees a radiation of the Mid sound over the whole frequency range just like the high frequency driver in the V-TEC VT12.

The PSE-audio V-TEC technology stands for improved speech intelligibility and a perfect performance over the complete frequency range. It provides a perfect sound quality for a high range of transmission.

Mechanic and handling

The integrated 3 point flying system provides easy handling and easy setup of the system. In combination with the 10 mm quick release pins and the connector joints is an easy and fast system setup guaranteed.

The vertical setting angle of 5° on both sides, cover and bottom of the cabinet arise a max. vertical setting angle of 10° between two systems, with a minimum spacing between the system components to each other.

The setting angle is adjustable from 0° to 10° in 1° steps through the defined holes in the PSE flying hardware.

The V-array of the loudspeaker was the deciding factor for the name V-TEC.

PSE-audio - connector Terminal:

The PSE-audio connector terminal is recessed in the housing. The user has the possibility to use 4pin or 8pin Speakon connectors. The parallel connectors allows to connect further V-TEC cabinet
